Refund Policy

Digital products, delivered immediately
Everything we sell is a digital product — a downloadable file made available to you immediately after your purchase is confirmed. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once the download has started, provided you have given your prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and accessing your download, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
When we do offer a refund
We will consider a refund, on a case-by-case basis, if:
- the product is materially not as described on its product page;
- a technical problem prevents you from downloading or using the product and we are unable to resolve it; or
- you were charged in error, or purchased the same product twice.
To request a refund, email hello@cleanhour.studio within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a short description of the problem.
When we generally cannot refund
- change of mind after the file has been downloaded;
- lack of the technical skills or environment needed to use the product (requirements are listed on the product page before purchase);
- requests made well outside the window above.
How refunds are processed
Because Polar (Polar Software Inc.) is our merchant of record, any approved refund is issued through Polar back to your original payment method. Polar’s own terms and refund handling also apply to your transaction.
